It is so easy to go on-line and schedule your pick up or drop off dates. They even have a real person help desk if you need to talk in person.

I had a bicycle that needed to ship to Hawaii (bike company would not ship) and Luggage Fwd came to the rescue. It even arrived little quicker than planned.

When you are traveling after a race (or Triathlon like I did) this is the best service! They will pick up your bike from a hotel or local business and ship it home. Worth the extra $ to not lug your bike around during your trip.
