2nd car I've sold this year through Autotrader and many over the years. Always successful if you price appropriately. Only a bit of work to achieve £800 more than I would have got from Motorway and that's on a £5.4k car. As reliable and reasonably priced as ever, even with increased competition these days.
Really disappointed they've discontinued the SUB machine so soon after I bought one. They say 2l kegs will be available for 'up to' 2 years but there are already only 4 kegs available on their website. I see their comments about being customer focused in their response to other reviews so how about offering a machine trade in option for your customers you've let down here?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the discontinuation of The SUB, especially having purchased it recently.
We completely understand your frustration about the reduced range of 2L kegs currently available. The decision to discontinue The SUB and gradually reduce the assortment wasn’t taken lightly—it’s part of a shift to focus on the products most loved by our customers. That said, we know this transition has been difficult for many loyal customers like you.
Regarding your suggestion for a trade-in option, we genuinely appreciate the idea. While we don’t currently have a trade-in program in place, we will certainly share your feedback with the relevant teams. We are continuously evaluating ways to improve the experience for our community, and your input is invaluable.
We do, however, have an option where we can help you with upgrading to a Beertender (5L machine) or the Blade (8L Machine).
To take part in this offer, please reach out to us at service@beerwulf.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you with this.
Covers have good, helpful staff and always seem to have what I or my contractors need and competitively priced. Overall, they provide a pleasant and responsive service compared to other merchants and differentiate themselves as a result.
I had a very similar experience to other reviewers with Jersey Plants Direct - a long wait for 'massive' plants which needed potting on for several weeks before being able to use them so vowed never to use them again. I ordered some bedding plants from 'Gardening Direct' in early April and was concerned when the transaction confirmation came through as being with 'Jersey Plants Direct.' I would not have ordered had I known Gardening Direct was a front for the same company. I guess they have set up a different trading name as the reputation of Jersey Plants Direct is so poor but the ratings for both trading names are equally bad. Six weeks after ordering, I have received nothing, you can't phone them and no response to e-mail / on-line enquiries. I have placed the transaction in dispute with my credit card company and will now head to the garden centre.

Good afternoon,
My most sincere apologies for the delayed dispatch of your plants this year, sadly our couriers have been overburdened making it a lot more difficult to get everything done within the desired time frame that our customers have come to expect from us, again I can only sincerely apologise for this, if you’d like to get in touch with me at steven@fpnl.net I will look into this for you or If you could provide me with contact details im more than happy to give you a call to resolve the issue.
Kind Regards, Steven Customer Service Representative Gardening Direct
I've sold every car we've moved on over the last 20 years through Autotrader. From Minis at £6k to Porsches at £60k+. Approximately 15 cars and all sold successfully without ever having to extend an ad. We advertise cars at a reasonable price and always look after them well so they are well presented which attracts plenty of calls. At an average of £1,000 per car more than we'd get from a trade in, we must be about £15k better off having used Autotrader. Simple to use and pretty much guaranteed results if you're not greedy.
An efficient quotation process which gave me a competitive price immediately rather than waiting for an e-mail which was the case with other companies. Good communication whilst we waited for our two roller doors to be manufactured and although they needed to change the first installation date, good communication again meant that this avoided any issues. A very quick and neat installation combined with a friendly and informative service from Steve and George on the day with everything left neat and tidy after a demonstration of how everything worked. I would have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending them.
