Great place to deal with, gym tiles are top quality and the price was great.

I’ve put a claim in with them on the 16th of June following surgery that was carried out on my dog, CS took all details and said they would be in touch with an update, the next day I was asked for pet medical history and invoices for amounts paid which where sent within 10 mins. Since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing, tried calling but constantly on hold, I’ve sent three emails and had zero replies. Quick to take £600 a year off me, not so quick to even get a reply off. Unfortunately since the surgery, my dog passed away. Put another claim in as per policy, guess what, exactly the same. Avoid.

After posting this I was contacted by Amanda from More than (I believe it’s actually Admiral, they have now taken over more than). She was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to put things right, the result was my claim was dealt with, paid out and also an offer of some compensation. Thank you Amanda for the way you dealt with this for me and also for being so compassionate in a time of great loss for me. Your a credit.

Absolutely shocking!!! After waiting in from 9am, I find out I’m job 15 so between 4pm and 8pm, that’s ok, then at 6.30pm I get a call off the fitter saying “sorry, I can’t fit your tyres, ive just checked and both your new tyres are slashed in the side wall, probably done by someone board in the warehouse!! so Im a days wage lost, and still no tyres, I cancelled and went to a proper tyre company, not a toy one like this.

Your fitter was a credit to yourselves, kind courteous and knowledgeable, as well as having a great customer focused attitude.

Great service, great price, not much else to say, the lady on the phone was a pleasure to deal with.
