Ok, so I saw the ads for the new Heir smart watch, which allows you to attach to the back of your current watch so you don't have to wear two watches. Great concept, but follow through is extremely lacking. First off I had to wait way past the date they said they were going to ship. Not too crazy for a new product, but it wasn't worth the wait. First off it sticks to the back of your watch with like superglue, and it makes the watch noticeably thicker. After attaching it becomes difficult to recharge as the charger doesn't attach very well to a tracker on the watch. followed the instructions, downloaded the app, and synched the tracker, and it initially worked, but not for long. the tracker would break the sync repeatedly and ask to be restarted. the tracker wouldn't track steps, I walked seven miles, it tracked 1.31. The battery that they say lasts 42 hours, lasted 6 at the longest for me, this last morning it only lasted two hours 31 minutes before it stopped. Its shake/tap controls for our phone are way too sensitive and turned my music on my phone on a regular basis. phone also wouldn't take the updates that were supposedly required. The tracker also, no matter what the website says, tracks pretty much only steps, and definitely not well, all other functions are moot. On asking for a return they made me pay for return shipping. Tracker was rolled out way too fast without proper testing. It doesn't work. IF you buy one, and I highly recommend you don't, save your box, you WILL be retuning it.

Product made my skin itch and burn BADLY. So badly I had trouble sleeping and had to put hydrocortisone on my head to be able to sleep. Itched and burned for five days. Contacted the company about the product and they just said stop using it, Like I was an idiot, no offer for a refund, no insights about why the itching/burning, or how to use the product and mitigate the side effects. As for hair growth, no. In fact I think i actually LOST hair using this snake oil garbage. Took months and a bad review on trust pilot for someone to listen and give a refund, instead of the advertised refund policy. Now that they have given a refund they are asking for me to take my review down, not a chance. This must be why there is few bad reviews of this product and its non- efficacy.

Great Product, great price. Well packaged and arrived quickly. Can't find anything negative!

Just madde a purchase of a HP color laser jet printer from Newegg and it wouldn't even power on. Called and was told it wasn't their problem, it was a "third party seller's" issue and I would have to pay the shipping to send it back, needless to say a 50 lb printer is pretty costly. No customer service. First person I spoke to was exceptionally rude and obnoxious, second, not so much but pretty ignorant of the company's policy. Don't believe the guarantees, etc, the company relies on you not reading all of the return policies prior to your purchase, by then its all too late, and they ripped you off. Worst kind of cheats, grifters, and swindlers. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!

The Fitbit charge case and band literally fall apart, I am not hard on the product and follow the instructions to the letter and I'm on my third Fitbit in 6 months, with normal wear they simply fall apart. Tiny screw attachments and cheap plastic. WAY TOO FRAGILE! Buy something else. They will happily send you a replacement for the first 365 days you own, but I should be at 5-6 by then, I still will need a replacement!
