Love the chance to try different cheeses, but always impressed by the packaging and delivery.
Box is nice to look at but is also sturdy and recyclable, along with all the packaging around it.

I ordered the surprise DK minis. And surprise! I received DK minis, in different colours.
Wool is lovely, as always and arrived safely.

Arrived as advised it would. Was packaged safely, without loads of unnecessary packing or extra boxes.

Washing machine very suddenly died!
So went onto AO website and ordered a replacement machine, which was then delivered the next day. Really can't be much quicker, or easier than that.

Had made my 3rd purchase of Wild refills, it works for me.
Have enjoyed trying the different scents and like knowing that I'm putting a little less into the waste system.

Had the roof cleaned and treated. The two men that did the work were very hard working, cleaned up after themselves, were informative and polite.
Would recommend.
We did also get regular telephone calls from the support staff, regarding when things would be done and checking we were happy.
The only negative was that the card machine didn’t work (internet in Norfolk!!) so we had to do a bank transfer.

Was only one person before us, so no long queues. Everything was explained in a calm, friendly manner. We were also given enough information about how to access the results and the expected time frame. As 2 people, who can be panicked by technology it was very good that they took their time explaining things to us.
In fact the results came through quicker than expected, just we had to wait until we stopped driving so will could check them together.

I'm not a sporty person, but have found working towards these medals, set at my own time frame very motivating. Have actually completed 3!! The sense of achievement is great and the medals themselves are lovely.
I did have an issue with the app, but got in touch with the support and the issue was identified and resolved within the day. I was very impressed with both the speed and efficiency.
And the FaceBook group is an amazing, not competitive nor judgement, just very supportive and motivating.

Going diving and hope to 'spot' some fish. So ordered an identification card, it arrived a day earlier than expected. Excellent service, can't wait now to use it and identify some fish.
