I don’t know what happened with Post Nord but service has been amazing lately. I am truly impressed. I used to complain a lot about them and now if i can choose, i will definitely choose them.

I simply love their products.

They also have a wonderful customer service, they are quick at replying, quick at helping. I was looking for a madras for our little one's bed-side-crib and it was sold out but they were really quick to help me. I had the best experience purchasing from them and they will be my first pick for future purchases, that is for sure.

I also want to support local companies that sell organic products and these guys are simply fantastic. Thank you for a great experience!

& The company does exist! I read the previous review before I ordered, which said that it is a fake website. But! because I knew about the brand and I checked if it could possibly have another website, and it didn't, I knew that the website must be real. So I ordered from them:)
The products got delivered quickly and the quality is really great! I love the fact that it is a danish company, and I want to support local companies.

I do think that they might be still in the start-up phase, because the website is not at the level it should be, and some other things are a bit off, that is why I only give them 4 stars.

I don't understand how it is allowed for companies to function so poorly. It is the 5th time this month that my package was not delivered to my door, because apparently they didn't find anyone at home. I was of course at home. I called every time, but it feels like customer service is trained to reassure you without actually doing anything about it.
Seriously GLS! I don't know how people are paid, how you motivate your employees, because you are definitely not rewarding people for the quality of work.
I would love to have other better options, I would even pay more than to having to choose crappy services from GLS. You need better people management and learn to value your customers better.

I ordered from them two days before easter holidays, knowing that i only had one day to receive the products and next morning i received a text saying that i can go pick them up. That was fast! super service guys!
