We've been ordering their bamboo toilet rolls and boxes of tissues for over two years now and they've been great - good products, never any delays delivering.

And to be honest toilet paper just goes down the toilet, why does it have to be white?! :)

I'm really enjoying the Personal Training course, but I needed some extra guidance with my studying and what my career path would look like so I requested a support call with James Gregory and what an absolute legend he is.
He broke everything down, made it super relatable and keyed in on what my unique strength would be in an already highly populated industry. I definitely won't hesitate to put in future calls and request guidance as I get further into my course.

Really lovely, good quality products and a brilliant idea that I took time to recommend immediately after my first delivery.
Sadly the following two deliveries were missing items, so after emailing my feedback and all I was offered was a refund for items that weren't delivered, I cancelled my subscription because it's too unreliable.
Sad because I wanted it to work.

I have several of their pans, they are good pans, not great - I have an issue with one pan though and can't get any response via their website or social media account, so shockingly bad customer service.

Shockingly unhelpful. I called to enquire about the dimensions of a product that they had on their website (as the details weren't stated) and I was informed that they didn't have the details, and Imran kindly informed me that "on a Tuesday morning after a bank holiday they simply didn't have the time to help and my only option was to purchase the product, check the sizes myself and return it at my cost if it wasn't right".
I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I took out a policy with Premia for body work repairs and I have to say I've been really disappointed. When I submitted my claim they were accepted, however when the mobile repairer arrived on site, he informed me that they could only do small repairs, nothing on bigger panels.
I've called and called Premia to follow up to get the rest of the work completed and each time they've said someone will contact me about getting the rest done and no one ever has (nearly 2 months later).

Incidentally the 2 stars are for the repair work which was excellent (all credit to the 3rd party repair company).

Great service, really helpful in helping me select the right yoga mat and delivery was prompt.

I ordered some vitamins from here to keep my Mum and her husband healthy during the COVID pandemic and nearly 3 months later and my package is still not shipped, allegedly.
No postal address and phone lines (all options) never work.

That's £80 gone.

Purchased my first Yoga mat from the Yoga Studio team, the website was great with lots of detailed info and they were super helpful in coming back to me with any questions I had. Delivery was fast, I'd definitely use them again.

Can not sing the praises of theses guys enough. It was our first time using a removal company and I did my research, including reviews on here.
Out of the quotes I got, these guys weren’t the cheapest, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
Louise was super responsive on the phone, giving full information and answering my never ending questions. We had Paul come to our flat to do some packing - an expensive service, but if you can afford it, saves so much time and he did a great job (no breakages). Then on the day Art and Rado were brilliant. On time, worked hard, fast and showed so much respect and consideration for our belongings - even taking the time to point out how we could pack things to protect things a little better. Nothing was too much to ask and it really took the stress out of the whole day. I’d book these guys again without a hesitation. Thank you team Clockwork!

Easy out of the box to install in well under an hour and great support on the phone.
This is my first experience of home security and I’m really happy so far, hoping it’ll never be put to the test, but have peace of mind that it’s there.
Currently trialling the full response, but mindful that there is a charge £75 if anyone is called out and £45 for each 30min period - again hoping it won’t be needed!

Got suckered in to buying something from these guys again. This time I didn't expect anything to arrive within 7 days (more like 10). Currently trying to return a couple of items, but the portal doesn't work and their email support is abysmal - taking days to reply and not even recognising what you're asking for. The phone EVEN worse!
I'd give these guys a wide berth if you want something in a hurry or are unsure on sizing etc and need to make a return.
I love the nba, but these guys are terrible.
