Do not use this company.
They will use the slightest delay in your flight to cancel your booking and charge you multiple times the price for a new car.
They do not respond to complaints.
Their staff are disgustingly rude people who are just out to fleece you.
Stick with well known companies. These are criminals and vermin.

Scum. They are absolute useless lying scum.
We booked a hire car in Italy through these useless charlatans and their equally useless scumbag friends at nollegiare.
We were 2 hours late arriving due to a flight delay.
They cancelled our original car hire despite this being within their own terms and conditions as to be dealt with via a £50 late pick up fee.
They then charged us €2000 for a new booking.
We complained and the rep from holiday autos said we would get a refund but despite that they now say we won’t get one as we used the second car.
Effectively they breached their own terms and conditions then pretended they don’t exist.

They are not a real company. They are con artists and they sub contract to other con artists who will use the slightest unavoidable hick up in your hire to fleece you.

Absolute scum.
These awful humans failed to honour our rental at Olbia airport as we were delayed due to our flight being 2 hours late. My husband phoned them and let them know we would be 2 hours late. They then didn’t answer at least 20 further calls from him which I assume was deliberate to try and claim we hadn’t told them.
We also emailed them twice and whattsapp messaged them.
However the fact is they should have kept our car for us and just charged us €50 late fee.
Despite their website saying they charge €50 for late pickup they refused to honour our original agreement. They then proceeded to charge us €1800 to rent a larger car as “it’s all we have” which was absolute rubbish as there were many cars in their parking spots including the one we’d originally rented.
The appalling women who served us was incredibly rude and unprofessional laughing at our predicament (a lone female traveller with a toddler) and saying either rent the new car or get out.
So they kept the money from our original rental €780 then also obviously made another €1800 on the second rental they forced on us

Absolutely the worst company of any sort o
I’ve ever dealt with.
They will also lose out massively as our family and extended Italian family use hire cars in Sardinia multiple times a year and none of us will ever use these disgusting people again.

I’ve complained to them but they’ve never replied.

This will NOT be the last time they hear from me about this.
