These people make this out to be a USA company. It may be based in Delaware but their item come from China. Finally after a week and a half with no communication I emailed them. They sent me a tracking "Shipping lable created" from Yanwen Express out of Beijing. That is why shipping takes weeks to get your products, which is not disclosed to you. If I would have done my research, I would have never ordered from them. Seems sketchy and deceptive sales tactics.

DHgate is a middleman. If you have any problems with package list ect. You are screwed. They will always side with their sellers so they can get their cut. It's like playing Russian Roulette. Temu is much more user friendly. The store I ordered from closed. They told me to contact store? Package was never received. They wanted photo evidence that it was not received? I explained the store closed and hiw can I produce evidence of something I didn't get. Their response was not enough evidence, payment released to seller. Holy crap!
Follow up:
Don't let them kid you. I spent 2 weeks trying to follow their ridiculous dispute process. Their online live support is a robot response! If you ask it a specific question it has no idea what you want and kicks you back. You will never get a response from a real person. Follow that link and you will see you have no chance of figuring it out. How can they back a store that after taking orders and payments close up where you can't contact them. They still send them the payment after you file a non receipt of package. Definitely stealing your money. STAY AWAY!!!! ORDER # 3878296804. I challange you to contact the seller. He probably closed his shop and will reopen another one to rip people off over and over again.

They have decent prices but 2 of the last 3 items I have ordered I get an email days later saying it is on back order. One I did a subscription for and after 3 months and multiple emails I finally had to cancel it. It was not easy to do either. You have to call and wait for someone to call you back and then try to sale you some other item instead. Not user friendly. I won't sign up for any repeating orders again. Still waiting to see if I get my last items on back order. Been 2 weeks now. Next week I will cancel if not received. More than likely I won't be using Petflow any more.

You will get a counterfeit items from them. If you have a problem they will always side with their sellers. Your throwing your money away. pay a little extra and buy in the U.S. It looks like there are multiple sellers with the same items for sale but it is all the same seller with a different name. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Resolution process is a Joke.

FOLLOW UP:
I tried both the on line chat which just drags out time and hangs up on you and the email address that was sent back as an invalid email address. Seller will not respond thru the direct messaging, and blocked his email from receiving alerts from me. Thru messaging they asked for more evidence so I sent them 4 pictures with measurements and the reply was nothing they can do. Then why ask for them? I will be filing a dispute with Discover card!!!!!!!!!!!!! Russian roulette when you deal with these thieves.
