Review of Go Ape
Went to the Forest of Dean locations both the junior and full. The team were welcoming, helpful and friendly. My 6 year old was made to feel like an adventurer even though she was intimidated at first by the course. The support and help was wonderful. My 11 year old loved the 'big' course and the instructor Jake remembered names and made everyone feel special while giving excellent instruction and being sure we all did things properly. When we had to leave early due to family commitments they offered (yes offered) a partial refund. We will definitely be going back so a clear example of customer service leading to more business.
Review of Rugvista
Ordered a silk carpet from CarpetVista and was obviously concerned about parting with a lot of money via a website. Was very impressed when they rang to confirm the order, explain the timing and how it would be a day later than planned as they wanted to examine the carpet properly before dispatching it. This is good client care! Email follow up with delivery details and transportation information. No fuss, simple, straightforward and done well. Online business as it should be done!
