not to happy
I ordered a brand new collier Numaxes for my dog and it didnt work, so I had to return it to Numaxes for 8 euros at my expense. So in the end the collier cost me alot more than I had planned on. For that I was not happy, and I think Polytrans should reimburse me the frais of 8 euros to repair a brand new product that didnt work.

nous sommes désolés mais les frais de transport retour pour un échange ou pour un sav garantie restent à la charge du client, bien entendu le renvoi de ce produit au client est pris en charge par Polytrans, si nous constatons qu' il s'agit bien d'un défaut du matériel.
