Brilliant! We are always on the look out for unique birthday presents and this is perfect. A small mistake was made with my video and once this was pointed out Jambo was very quick to rectify it. This is my second video and I will definitely be ordering more.
I hope this benefits the young men in the videos as much as it creates enjoyment for us, and not all of the money goes to shareholders.

**Avoid** Scammer central. From a male looking for a female POV. One quickly works out that the majority of female profiles are fake with little information on the profile and the messages are laugable written in broken English.

Excellent service. I ordered a fragile glass globes to replace a broken one on an antique lamp, it arrived quickly, well packaged and intact.

I ordered a very long piece of metal, it came quickly and was very well packed supported by wood to prevent it bending in transit. Very efficient and speedy service.

I ordered a single 6m long unistrut at what appeared to be a very competitive price and it was delivered a few days later for a mere £10, which is almost the same price as a first class stamp today! Very happy indeed.

I ordered my item from eBay, the item was very competitively priced (canvas tool bag) and shipped and received quickly. I was then contacted to find out if I was happy with Marcopauls service and would I leave some feedback on trustpilot, which I was very happy to do...and here I am! 👍🏻

Second Dressing Gown purchased for second house, excellent value for money and a nice refined and cosy robe for a man (blue fleece with white piping), also giving this feedback, it's been one month since purchase so finally a company that gives a decent window to provide feedback having used and lived with the item for a while. I will be a returning customer.

PG tips used to make a decent cup of tea but today, for profit increase, the tea contents have clearly been engineered down to what can now only be described as mild tea tasting dishwater and the bags have been made thinner regularly breaking when squeezed. A lost customer but not a surprised one due to FMCG companies lack of care for the end consumer.

PERSONALISED SEQUIN CUSHION.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRODUCT IMAGE'S ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. Extremely poor quality printing on the product, the product image's on the page are misleading and clearly digitally manipulated to sell an inferior level of quality.
I purchased 3 sequin cushions on the website advertised buy 2 get 1 free, I ended up paying for all 3 and despite repeat requests cannot get a refund from Personalised Treasures for the third cushion. The cushions were 18.99, apparently reduced from 31.99.....seriously!?
The cushions have a large frame around the image, misleadingly not shown on any of the product page image's, so, as you are led to believe on the product page the image doesn't go to the edge of the cushion.
The image is very bitty and full of white areas, I understood there would be some, but the photo subjects look like they are in a snow storm, again nothing like the image shown on the misleading 'draw you in' product page image's.
These are definitely not treasures and really just cheap tat. I had purchased them for Christmas presents but would be embarrassed to present them. Shop elsewhere, there are other companies with better and more honest customer service.

Very pleased with the shelves. I bought some shelves like this from another well know seller and then 2 more from G Rack, I'm sure the legs on the ones from G-Rack are a thicker metal. From order placement to delivery it was 3 days, easy to assemble with a rubber mallet, very pleased and if I need more I will definitely order from these guys again. 5 🌟

I purchased MS Office for Mac in December 2020 and was immediately sent a code with a download link, I was initially sent the wrong code but within 15 minutes I had the correct code with an apology, first thumbs up, In July 2021 I upgraded to a New Mac Silicon and wanted to install the office package I had purchased. I struggled so I contacted DZ and again within 1hr (6 months after purchase) I had a reply with instructions and a link how to do this, second thumbs up. Customer service is pretty awful these days but these guys put the others to shame. Thanks DZ, I will be recommending you to anyone I know that needs software. Thumbs up for all! 5 ⭐️ Service.

I had an expensive large chair delivered by Proovia. In this world today of repeat poor customer service by companies and couriers Proovia was brilliant, their updates were frequent and I was kept in the loop at every stage of the chairs journey via their map. The two delivery
men were professional, removing the chairs legs and carefully bringing the chair indoors. Thank you again for a great and reliable service. 5⭐

I had not heard of Furdeco but I must say their service was excellent. I was called several times prior to the delivery day to confirm the planned date and time for delivery was ok and then again on the day re-confirming details. I also received several confirmation emails. Nice to experience a thorough service and the (fragile) item was delivered in good condition. Thank you.

I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses from PG over a 2 year period and the styles are always nice, quality good and approximately one week delivery which is good.
I do think its a shame there is no 'user area' on the website so one can store their details and no 'recommend a friend' option. I have recommended to 3 friends and all have ordered and been pleased with the price, glasses and lead time.
The most recent order (received one week ago) arrived in new PG case and packaging which adds nice value to the order.
