Awful service, unreliable information on web-site!!
I ordered 2 items that were showing as in stock, I needed them urgently so I paid an extra £11.57 for next business day delivery, 5 working days later they had not arrived and I checked the status and it said they were still being processed, not even dispatched. I have not recieved any information from Trekinn to explain why I have not recieved my goods.
