I didn't want a market place!

They are now a market place and use poorly run shops to sell in there site.

If I purchase from Debenhams I expect Debenhams to be the only one I deal with.

The customer service cannot help. Just keep copy pasting the same unhelpful response.

Thank you for this review, I'm sorry you feel this way about the service you have received.

As Debenhams is an online marketplace, we do have items available that are sold by our concession brands and should there be an issue with one of these items, we are required to raise this with seller internally to advise further. All our product pages show who is responsible for the sale and delivery of the item and with any concession brand items, your contract of sale would lay with the seller. Debenhams will only act as the agent for the sale but will work to try and resolve any issues with the seller.

I can see you have requested to cancel your order, however, as stated on our website, due to the speed these are processed and volume we receive, we are unable to do this:

If the item isn't wanted when received, this can then be returned to the seller for a refund.

Was told the sofa was make out of oak

Was told the sofa was make out of oak, it's not, it's made from IKEA like chip wood and glue

Was told it's from the UK, it was made in Vietnam

Sofa came with parts missing.
Home serve have to come to my house to prove it. In a pandemic!

I'm still waiting for a refund on some shoes i sent back a month ago.
If your not absolutely sure in sizing. you better off elsewhere.

so after seeing all the bad reviews…

so after seeing all the bad reviews here i thought id just give a quick review of my experience.

Iv used Polomil for years and never had a problem. I dont order stuff that often but when i do it will be over £100 order.

Always use paypal, so in case anything does go wrong, you always have paypal to help you out.
Not that iv ever needed to as my service has been completely fine with them and orders get to me no problem at a great price.
