When something breaks down, they'll try to fob you off by blaming other parts of the unit — conveniently ignoring that it's the part they supplied that's faulty — then offer a token discount to buy even more. If you're after a product that breaks repeatedly and comes with terrible support, congratulations, you've found the right place

Ordered a Anycubic Cobra Max at £404 Cobra S combo was sent. Had to get authority to return which I did next day delivery. Had confirmation and as name of receiver from delivery company. Anycubic still wont refund because the return depot is busy and they can't find it. Not like thats my fault is it. Customers service keep throwing excuses and smokescreens at me

Be sure of what you buy from them. A refund is like getting blood from a stone by squeezing it.

I have had my Kobra X for just over 3 weeks now, and what a superb printer. Great print quality and at a fantastic price.
I do have a slight hot bed issue, but Suarez at Anycubic has been on the case and got a resolution sorted within a couple of days.
This is now my 6th Anycubic printer, and at the price point they are aimed at, they definitely outperform a lot of equivalent more expensive printers.
All that is needed now is 4 nozzle printer to reduce the amount of purge waste and reduce multicolour print time. When they make one it will be on my list.

They make good equipment at a solid price. Their presales and promotions show effort and consideration. For the after sales they manage to focus on customer satisfaction which is rare. They aren't perfect but they are a solid choice compared with many.

I had an issue finding a replacement screen but Support was very quick in finding me one.
It was shipped promptly, packaged well and support was very helpful.

Bought a second hand printer and it was bound to that person got in touch with anycubic and they help resolve the situation

Great products, and after sales support. Buy with confidence from a well known 3d printer brand.

Anycubic printers are the biggest waste of money I have ever spent, less than 4 months old purchased brand new in February and the printer has failed, will no longer print correct, endless failed prints, support is next to useless, they send out parts and expect you to repair it yourself.

I ordered a photon mono with the max wash and cure combo. The items were delivered separately the same day. Both were left on the doorstep and were stolen. I raised the issues with them straight away. The response was I was to take it up with the couriers at it is not their responsibility. This is against UK consumer law. Gave them time to sort it but now are refusing to do anything after I reported it to klarna. They have used all the excuses under the sun to avoid replacing or refund. Please don't need to use their customer support as it is absolutely rubish

I ordered an Anycubic Kobra printer with an expected delivery date of bewtween 21st and 30th March. This date has now passed with no comunication from Anycubic to let me know the reasons why. I have contacted customer support but have now been waiting for 2 days for a response.

The printer developed a fault after 2 months of ownership. Anycubic tech support were on it immediately. They responded extremely quickly and diagnosed the problem straight away. They then arranged to have the new part shipped for me to fit. I did this with no problems due to their excellent instuctions (on the website) It also sorted the problem. I am so impressed with their customer service that I am already considering purchasing another one or their resin printers.

First problem I needed assistance, I emailed support with the error log. Next day reply with fault identified, part being sent out as it is under warranty.
You can't ask for better support.

I'm new to 3d printing and really wasn't sure what to get then a name kept popping up Anycubic Kobra S1 so i started to take a look and liked what I saw, I really liked the fact the ace pro had the built in drier. I ordered at the beginning of December and it too a couple of days to arrive in ordered the combo with a filament bundle the filament came separately but both arrived the same day being new to printing i took my time with the set up and was still up and running in about 30 minutes since then ive done about 370 hours of printing without problems other than a few user error moments, when I did eventually have a issue that wasn't user error technical support was on hand to get me sorted very fast to pick up the ticket and reply within a week of contacting them i had replacement parts at my house. I've been extremely impressed with everything about anycubic and recommend them to everyone. The only problem i do have is convincing the wife I need another one .

I had a problem with my Axe Pro filament feed. Anycubic tech support were so helpful getting to the bottom of the problem, emailing me solutions which were fast and thorough.

Having purchased the Kobra 3 with the Ace pro it has been a brilliant machine to use. Quality is far superior to other ones i have used.
Even the warranty feature has been excellant. The support for this has been very quick and helpful even taking into consideration the time zone. From the UK.
I am extremely happy with mine and i am considering buying another one as they are so good.

The ease of access to product support along with the fast response has been very helpful in getting my printer functioning again.
Quick identification of the faulty part and very clear instructions on the replacement procedure all add to a great support experience.
