My package was delivered today with one of the jar’s broken due to the carrier tossing the package on my front porch. I reached out to the customer chat support and my problem was resolved. Great job! The Mango pineapple sea moss is delicious.

One of the three packaged jars arrived broken. I reached out after 10 pm via chat,after I opened the box and took pictures. I shared the pictures and was told a replacement would be sent to me. I appreciate the quick response.

My order arrived with a couple of jars with issues. The team at True Sea Moss, was very helpful and took care of the problem without a hassle.

When I first signed up I didn’t know I was getting a subscription. So I just cancelled it. 3 months later… but my package today arrived broken and when I contacted customer service they were on it and now I’m getting a new one. The gummy bears are my favorite!

Ever since I’ve been drinking the electrolyte sea moss I feel better while I’m at work I don’t feel sluggish. It’s like it’s giving my body something it’s been missing. Plus the flavors are great but the strawberry banana is my favorite

After receiving my order, unfortunately one jar didn't survive... I contacted Alex at customer service and he was clear, patient and over all just very nice. I was able to supply the pictures needed and I'm looking forward to my replacement. Just the customer service alone makes me want to order again with out doubt.

This company is easy to work with. I sent a request and within moments the answer was given. It was easy to find their contact information and their response was quick, friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this company. Their customer service is a step above the others.

I ordered from this company one time and magically signed up for a subscription. I did not notice they supposedly sent product to me for two separate months. Product that I did not order. I did not get the order, and I've been charged $70 for each month. And I did not sign up for a subscription. How did I order one time from this company And ended up signing for a $70 subscription that is not fair and this is a horrible thing to do to people trying to support a black business.

Idk the person that handle my issues but it was resolved pretty quickly and I really appreciate the support that was provided by whoever it was to resolve it for me with out any problems at all

I had an issue with an order arriving damaged. They were very kind and prompt with the steps needed to get it rectified. Very positive customer service experience. I’ll absolutely order from them again!

Super great product. Did receive some damaged jars on delivery. But, customer service was super great as well in understanding my disappointment. And, promptly replaced the broken jars that were delivered to me by the carrier. Love the product and will definitely be ordering more. I am a lifelong customer for sure!

I had just received my package from Tru Sea Moss and one of the jars was damaged. I contacted them and they handled the issue very professionally. I just received it so when I start taking it for a couple of weeks, I will see how it works and do a follow up review. So far, the customer service is great.

My package was completely damaged by USPS. The box was smashed in on every side, the 2 units inside the box were busted and the contents had leaked outside the package and box. I was so very excited to receive my Sea Moss and to make a special trip home after I got the notification that my package was delivered, only to be disappointed.
But I sent an email right away to True Sea Moss and I got an immediate response which led to a pleasantly resolved issue. I could not ask for a better customer service experience. My replacement units are on the way. I’m very pleased with the entire process, from the ordering all the way to my replacement units.
