I was really glad when Routine came out with a leave- in conditioner because I use it on the days that I don't wash my hair. I wet my hair and spray it in and blow dry my hair. It smells really good too!

Product is good but pricing is too high for my fixed income.

I do appreciate the quick response and especially the information about a refund.

Communication with this online company has been the worst I have ever encountered. Numerous emails sent to adjust orders / frequency of orders, and then eventual cancellation of subscription have all gone unanswered. There is no follow up, and even trying to follow through on their provided "links" has been a logistical nightmare by todays e commerce standards.
No physical phone number to call.

Three bottles sent on 1st order which in theory should last 3 months. You are automatically sent 2 bottles the following month and thereafter. No confirmation / reply back when you try to cancel the next order. No reply back when you try to put future auto orders on hold. No reply back when you cancel the subscription.

A absolute nightmare and a rabbits warren of a website to navigate.

Do Not Order From This Company.

You were late on a delivery and I was running out of pills, but you sent me another order completely free of charge and it arrived just in time. I love your product and hopefully by my lab test in 3 months I will see a difference.

I try some products and I don’t notice a difference but this product works!

Hoping the product is helpful, everything is a subscription. I don’t like all the hoops you have to go through to manage your own subscription. You have to go through several steps and be sent a link, but I did get the help I needed to accomplish it. I spent at least 15 mins on this.

Order was promptly delivered. Customer service was very helpful and understanding of my needs.

Purchasing was quick and easy. Ship time was super fast.

I was careful to NOT sign up for a subscription, yet was charged this month for another bottle. When I sign into my account, there is no subscription. Super shady.
Are other people experiencing this? This is class-action territory.

Very helpful customer service

It was very easy shopping with them. Very easy to connect with them if I had problems. They always asked if everything was okay. Most companies just take your money send you the product and you never hear from them. They kept in touch.

I found out I had been charged for an order I hadn't placed. I reached out to the company and was able to see what happened, so a cancellation was placed on the order and the money charged was refunded.
