KakoBuy has extremely fast shipping times and I was very pleased with the quality and speed of my items moving through their warehouse. Amazing QC photos and I particularly like the insurance feature. Payment was smooth and was very easy to order.

Kakobuy is a amazing shipping agent I had shipped an item to my house and the shipping was very cheap they had amazing discounts that other shipping agents didn’t have the customer service was very helpful and friendly the items had came to my house in very short time overall Kakobuy is definitely the go to and everyone should at least give it a try

I first found out about Kako buy on Tiktok and thought it was for sure a scam. Skeptically I placed an order and it actually arrived around 2 weeks later. The clothes themselves were of great quality despite being really affordable and the customer support is great. The one thing I don’t like are the shipping prices but they’re understandable for a multitude of reasons and Kako always gives out a bunch of coupons and codes making it cheaper. Overall Kako is super underrated and a 5/5 from me I use it all the time.

I have been waiting for my package for over two months. Kakobuy has failed to provide a valid tracking number, confirm the package's location, or give me any clear information about the shipment.

Their customer service keeps sending generic replies asking me to be patient. Now they claim that if the package is lost, they will not issue a refund because I did not purchase shipping insurance.

This is unacceptable. I paid for shipping, and I expect my package to be delivered. Instead, I am left with no package, no concrete answers, and no guarantee of a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Kakobuy.
