I am really frustrated with their customer support. They keep Ai support there. When you have any problem, you have to talk with that. When it moves the conversation to human, they send update once a day. Don't even care check on the update.

During recent outage I made 2 transaction and that got stuck. There is no valid place to discuss about the problem.

The money now stuck in the system. Customer support not replying me back. They even sent email that everything is resolved. After that when the payment got stuck, atleast they should revert within 24hours. It's been 24hours and there is no update. Please improve the customer support. The Ai not gonna replace the kind words of Human. Replace your CTO & UI/UX team. The whole tech experience is super bad. Stop introducing new stuff when your team cannot handle them!

I’m experiencing almost exactly the same issue described in this review.

I received funds from Payoneer into my nsave account. The transfer was initially declined, but after contacting support, it was eventually accepted and the funds appeared in my account.

Since then, I’ve been facing the same problem with crypto withdrawals. Transactions remain “In Progress” for hours, and then they are either declined or the funds are returned to my balance while the transaction still shows as “In Progress.”

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I urgently need access to these funds because of an unexpected health-related emergency. Despite explaining the situation to support, I have not received a clear or convincing explanation or a reliable solution.

The support experience has also been extremely disappointing. Most of the responses feel generic, repetitive, and almost copy-pasted rather than actually addressing what is happening with my specific transactions. I keep being told that the issue has been fixed and that transfers should work normally, but the exact same problem continues.

UPDATE: The support didn't reply since the crypto transaction issue started, REALLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

I’ve been using nsave to move my PayPal funds to crypto, but this month has been very frustrating.
My PayPal transfer initially failed because of a system issue. Support later fixed it, and the funds appeared in my account.
Since yesterday, however, every crypto withdrawal stays “In Progress” for hours, then either gets declined or the money is returned to my balance and the transaction status remain "In progress".

Support told me the issue was fixed, and transfers should be working normally, but I’m still facing the exact same problem.

Seeing other reviews about users being stuck for days or weeks makes this even more concerning. I simply want reliable access to my own money without entering an endless support loop.

I’ll update this review depending on how the issue is handled.

I am of the opinion that nsave does not work anymore. 10,000 USD were sent to me in my ACH account on the 15th of June 2026 but that transaction did not reflect on my nsave account. I reached out to their customer service and supplied all the information they asked for but suprisingly, I did not get a response for a couple months. Much credit to lotusVEl however as I was quick to filing a formal complaint just to be taken seriously. A few things to know about nsave: 1. USD accounts are under nsave SA(Swiss entity)...no FCA regulation, no FOS protection, no deposit insurance

Worst experience, my funds disappeared for unknown reason, support agent couldn't provide accurate details, and after that they are ghosting me. looks like a professional customer service.

Pretty Bad, I wont suggest anyone to create nsave. First of all very poor service customer is the last thing they care about. They just put bots in the name of customer supports. I created an account around 10days ago they still didnt give me the ach details which is like they promised to give in minutes. So i dont find any reason of using nsave. They also increased the charges with their poor quality of services what a nonsense. And lets not talk about holding funds for months. Its pretty common.

Nsave holds my wife's account and $$$ because, while transferring the money from my account to my wife's account, I mentioned that I would send a gift to my wife. It's been almost 3 weeks; they haven't given the money back to my wife, nor to me. It's frustrating and feels like they just ate up the money.

Extremely disappointed with nSave. I paid upfront to get GBP and USD account details, but they deactivated my account simply because I wasn't actively using it every day. Customer service is terrible, responses take forever and provide no real solutions. Charging fees only to lock users out is unacceptable. Avoid this service.

Initially, it starts smoothly

I’ve had a very good experience with nsave so far. The platform is easy to use, the interface is simple and clear, and transactions are generally smooth and convenient.

I also appreciate how easy it is to manage my money and keep track of everything from one place.

The only downside for me is that the cards are currently not available, and I hope this will be resolved soon.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend nsave to others looking for a simple and convenient financial platform.

Seemed easy enough to use when signing up. verification straight forward. however sometimes they ask for more verification documents, which is fine. but then they ask for more. Ive submitted everything they asked (bank statements, ID, passport) just to be told to wait a month. after about 2 weeks of waiting they emailed me again saying to do the verification again, which doesnt make sense. This business is just gathering personal information from people that sign up, without actually opening your account. Just personal data gathering. Do not use this
