Bought a pair of earrings today in the Edinburgh shop. Got home and one of them has a defective clasp. No quality control whatsoever, poor client service in the boutique. Extremely disappointed. I will go back and ask a refund and will stay away from this brand...

MV CC always do everything they can to assist their customers. I recently ordered the aquamarine Odyssey Ring and had a special personal request. CC took care of perfectly. I love my ring.

Ordered a pendant for a birthday gift…
Ordered a pendant for a birthday gift with engraving. The mock up on the website makes the engraving look great but in reality its tiny and barely legible. Looks awful and has spoilt an otherwise lovely gift. As MV pointed out more than once the engraving makes it un returnable / not refundable, even if the engraving looks rubbish. We paid extra for next day delivery which was delayed. MV offered a refund of the delivery charge but as it was a joint birthday gift it was stressful not receiving the piece on time overall not a great shopping experience. 2 stars as customer care are very responsive even if the outcome isn’t the best.
