I reached out to support last night about a stone in my tennis bracelet breaking after just under a year of wear. Jobie was fantastic, replied this morning and organised a replacement to be sent as the bracelet is still under warranty. I’ll definitely be coming back for more pieces!

I honestly am so thankful I found this company. In 2024 my daughter was born and I wanted a necklace with her name engraved on it. I was so happy with the quality of jewelry I reached out to see if i could just add a charm for my son that was born. They have been beyond accommodating and so personalized customer care I was able to get the same exact charm for my son. I couldn’t be happier with quality of jewelry and customer care! Can i just say how wonderful the team have been. I placed an order for a ring and the size was a bit tight once i got it. I returned the item back for an exchange. I was returning from Australia and was unsure about some of the delivery updates. But the team was so patient, provided me with clarity multiple times on the different questions i had and also provided me updates consistently. As a customer, i felt my queries were resolved in most efficient way! I love the pieces from. D. Louise already and now the i love the brand! Would recommend to all my friends and family!!

Had an issue, but resolved quickly.

They accidentally sent me the wrong package. The customer service person I talked to, Glory, was very responsive, let me keep the necklace they accidentally sent, and quickly had the correct package sent to me.

Wonderful jewellery, I bought the Luxe tennis bracelet to wear on my wedding day and haven’t taken it off since, it’s still lovely and sparkly so now I’ve bought my mum one for her birthday. I ordered the wrong size and was offered an exchange right away, I’ve had replies to all my emails so quickly and have had the best customer service! Highly recommend buying from D.Louise!

I contacted customer services who, within a matter of a few hours, swiftly dealt with my concern and had a replacement on its way! 10/10!

I bought 2 bracelets over a year half ago and they changed colour, I wore them 24/7! D Louise happily changed them and sent 2 brand new bracelets too me, all I needed to do was give them my proof of purchase and send photos! Fab company and customer service, 5* all the way, thank you
