How can such a big company suck so bad? My account got hacked and stolen, I can't get in. So I go to get my account back, can't cause you have to log into Microsoft. Can't do that, it's stolen. I put in the info they need and they say can't verify it's you so your not getting into your own account. We want to make sure your who you say you are. Security is very important to us, ok why did you let my account with my info on it get stolen????????? I tried all different ways to get ahold of them, you can't. There is no email for them. There is a number I heard but it's almost impossible to talk to a person... I've read review after review on how bad this company is, how are they still so big and even a thing???? I think some know.

I purchased a minecraft card for my son. We tried to activate it And it doesn't work. Trying to contact customer support is non-existent because as soon as they recognize your number they send you over to Xbox and I don't have an Xbox in my home So there's no reason for me to reach out to Xbox support. I am ready to do away with anything Microsoft in this house and I'm fixing to dispute this charge on my debit card I would not recommend Microsoft to anyone and any company I ever work for in the future and I the one I currently work for now that's a huge company is fixing to do away with Microsoft because of this issue right here! They have zero human customer service and zero human interaction. You paid $30 and get nothing is a scam!!

So many things, far too many to mention.

Jeg har købt ny PC og skulle have mit eksisterende office 365-program opsat på ny PC.

Der hvor jeg købte PC'en var de ikke lige i stand til at hjælpe.

Men da jeg ringede til Microsoft-support brugte de 47 minutter på (gratis) at hjælpe mig med at få outlook, words, excel og alt det andet til at fungere 100% perfekt. Bortset fra at supporten var på engelsk var det en særdeles god oplevelse.

Så hermed fem lysende stjerner fra en supertilfreds kunde for deres ovenud gode support.

Terrible, greedy corporation. I seriously cannot believe they have gotten this bad over the years. Just a bunch of money hungry executives who do not care about you, just your wallet. What’s with the constant updates that “fix” things that don’t need fixing and just end up breaking them??
Don’t even get me started on their laptops/PCs! Just A bunch of overpriced products that have a very short lifespan. and, if you get the shit end of the stick? your pc gets locked behind a bitlocker screen requiring you to find your recovery key. the kicker: the only way to see it is by going to your account page and on the manage page which does not load at all, rendering the product YOU BOUGHT WITH YOUR MONEY unusable.

I suddenly started not being able to use Microsoft Excel even tough I have been paying the subscription. I tried everything but it still isn't recognising the account. Meanwhile I was trying to solve the issue, it suddenly charged me again eben tough it isnt the payment date. Such a disgusting firm, disgusting corporate management.

What should have been a simple partition action turned into an hours long cavalcade of horrors and frustration, for a task I have done many times before.

I should not need to buy a higher edition of an operating system or rely on third-party utilities to have basic control over hardware I own.

Managing storage, repairing the system, and recovering from problems should be core operating system responsibilities. Instead, Windows frequently provides limited tools that handle only the simplest scenarios, leaving users to search for third-party software, obscure command-line solutions, or paid utilities to perform ordinary maintenance.

The problem is not a lack of advanced enterprise features. This is about basic ownership: if I own the PC, I should have reliable built-in tools to manage my own disks and recover my own system.

When the built-in tools fail or are incomplete, the burden falls on the user to become a system administrator just to perform routine tasks. That is not a good user experience.

Its beyond time to ditch the corporate operating systems. Yes Linux can have a steeper learning curve, but its worth it to not have to fight your OS every step of the way.

Kijk uit voor deze ontwikkelaar. Deze drukken er updates doorheen en wanneer je dit niet wilt laten ze je alle systemen vastlopen en crashen tot je eindelijk eens de updates installeert. Deze ontwikkelaar maakt zijn software ook zo dat je alles kan uitzetten maar ze houden zich er niet aan. De AI kan je verwijderen na de volgende update staat het er weer op. De AI van microsoft luistert iedereen af. Zelfde met hun webbrowser. Deze meerdere malen verwijderd en terug gekomen na een update. Deze kan je ook afluisteren ook als je daar geen toestemming voor geeft.

Voor een ieder die toch iets wil hebben op hun pc om te kunnen gebruiken. gebruik Linux bijvoorbeeld Zorin-OS deze komt het dichtste in de buurt van windows.

It took forever to get help and the agent just sent me in circles. Really disappointing interaction overall.

I subscribed to Microsoft Copilot Pro expecting full access to the image generation features, especially since the plan clearly states you receive 60 monthly credits. What isn’t made clear before paying is that you still face a strict daily limit, meaning you can’t actually use the credits you paid for whenever you want. This feels misleading and unfair. The system gives the impression of flexibility, but in reality it restricts you to around 15 images per day, even as a paying customer. I cancelled recurring billing because the experience didn’t match what was advertised. Microsoft needs to be far more transparent about how Copilot Pro actually works.

The worst part is that the limit resets only once per day, and even then the reset time is inconsistent. Some days it resets late, leaving me unable to work even though I haven’t used my full allowance. For anyone who relies on image generation for creative or business purposes, this daily cap makes Copilot Pro unreliable and frustrating.

If Microsoft wants people to trust this upgrade, they need to be transparent about the limitations and remove this restrictive daily cap. As it stands, Copilot Pro does not deliver the freedom or flexibility you expect from a paid service.

I have been trying to recover my outlook account for several months already but it's always unsuccessful. Your Microsoft helper doesn't really help. It always say that your request is being reviewed but it seems that it is set to auto-reject.

Microsoft's negligence is completely unacceptable! My computer was hacked in 2022 by Bitcoin miners who had full access to my OneDrive, personal photos, and Microsoft files for four years! Since Christmas with zero problems whatsoever. And then July came. I've made a friend in Minecraft, and I've wanted to join him super DUPER badly when he was active. It was like trying to get a piece of candy when you were 5. And then, DEPRESSION. I've looked for every possible way to join and then discovering the gamepass. I cannot believe that you need to PAY 10 DOLLARS A MONTH TO JOIN A FREIND!! Please fix this fix this Microsoft. You're basically destroying the Minecraft community.

Microsoft has terrible support and the account settings are so dumb. Microsoft is so greedy they don't even work on there player support because they just want more people to make more emails. This stupid billionaire company can't have simple support. Just delete your company at this point it's so useless
