Delivery is very complicated

Delivery is very complicated, 9 items split into 5 separate deliveries! One of them being lost in transit and I was only made aware after I emailed Matalan’s to inquire to the delay. Granted they issued a refund that I’m yet to receive but I went on to re order the item to find it’s now sold out and it was part of a set. So online experience poor!

Excellent

I recently bought two children’s Halloween outfits with 20% off that weekend. Great value items, delivered quickly to store. Collection was seamless.
I was very happy with the transaction from start to finish.

Nice store

Store was clean, well laid out, staff helpful. I went there specifically to return two pairs of jeans I had bought online. Returned because the regular length was not regular, they were far too long. I bought another pair a while ago and they were fine. I looked at the ones in store. All the regular ones were different lengths, differing by up to 5cm. Disappointed because I wanted to buy more.Only one pair fitted. I appreciate the jeans were not expensive but I do feel that the length of the jeans should be uniform?
