I have had a Rangemaster cooker for 30 years and it has worked hard with no problems. I finally decided that it was time for a new cooker so naturally went for a Rangemaster- induction hob this time. Although I haven’t had much time to use it yet, it seems of equally good quality.

Rangemaster New classic 90cm is pooling water/residue out of the front door on to the floor when on for a prolonged period it is less than 12mths old the repair arrangements AGA use through a third party are difficult. We are still in discussions as the engineer said he couldnt do anything and directed us back to the retailer its very dissapointing.

We recently purchased a stunning Rangemaster cooker, to compliment our newly fitted kitchen and utility room. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues in terms of service and product. Needless to say, we were tremendously disappointed. The name of Rangemaster is synonymous with high quality and that was what we expected, and to be honest that is why we chose Rangemaster.

Now, up until retirement I have been in business all of my working life, working from the shop floor to the very top. I learned to recognise that things can and do go wrong, even in the best organisations. However, what makes any company stand out from the crowd is the action that they take when things unfortunately do go wrong. This is where Rangemaster come into their own. Rangemaster have been absolutely tremendous in dealing with our issues. Yes, it took several emails, but I understood that they required various information.

Eugenie in customer service has been truly tremendous. The total professionalism and courtesy was astounding. She dealt with our issues to our total satisfaction, I cannot praise her and Rangemaster enough. If only all companies were like this, i.e. truly putting the customer first.

Our new induction cooker is truly fabulous, and is a real talking point. We can’t thank Rangemaster enough for taking our issues seriously and dealing with them accordingly. Lots of other service organisations could do far worse than endeavour to emulate Rangemaster.

Bought a kettle as a set for new house and kettle has gone faulty within the warranty period.
They say we don't do that colour anymore so we will refund the costs of the kettle.
Not the point as I now has a set in kitchen of Almond cream and a difference colour kettle.
They will not refund for all and say nothing wrong with rest just kettle and we will only refund faulty items.
Warning.
Avoid this company if buying more that 1 item of the same colour.

Contacted AGArangemaster asking for advice and information for cooker hood parts for a unit that was installed 14 years ago. The hood is still working perfectly fine, no problem with it at all, but the issue is around the original installation carried out by the builder during our kitchen extension. I needed confirmation of part number / size for something the builder missed during installation. Ben at AGArangemaster picked up and dealt with my query. He worked with the technical team to find me the correct parts required for the hood. I am very pleased with the response I got from Ben, thank you.

Had our new Rangemaster delivered today by Lak and Mark. While we haven’t tested it yet, the communications and delivery from Aga has been excellent. We look forward to using it when our new kitchen is fitted, and I hope it lives up to the experience we have had to date.

Rangemaster consistently kept in touch with our delivery date and what was needed and then even offered an earlier delivery date. The two members of staff, Lak and Mark were so helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't a straight forward delivery for our cooker (and taking away the old one) but they completed it all efficiently. Lak also spent time taking us through how to use the oven and going above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. The oven is amazing and the whole service has been super impressive. Would highly recommemd

Paid £2199 for the Range Master 110 Ceramic Professional 110. Despite Professional being in the title, this oven/hob/cooker is not fit for purpose. When we rang to complain that it’s broken after 4 months of use, customer service were useless and ended up having up on us. Would rate it a 0 if we could.

We ordered a cooker from these guys not so long ago and already it’s failed on us! When called up it took several attempts to get through to someone due to them hanging up the phone! When asked to put in a complaint due to the terrible service received we was basically told to “deal with it”. Not happy with this service at all! Never buy from here!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Disgraceful customer service, hung up the phone when requesting support for a product that is falsely advertised as ‘professional’; and has broken down with in 4 months of purchase. No warranty on a product costing over £2k. And essentially told to “deal with it” on the phone.

Range Master 110 Ceramic Professional 110, cost £2199. Cooker is not for professional use, even though professional is in the title. This is very misleading. Awful customer service and told to essentially suck it up. Would not recommend.

I am a Chef and have been using the Range Master 110. It lasted a couple of months before breaking. Totally useless.

Professional+ Ceramic Stainless Steel with Chrome trim 60 cm cooker.
The cheaply made plastic wobbly rotary control knobs C/w a noticeable flaw in the enamel tell you everything you need to know about these Turkish assembled cookers. Rangemaster Customer services make you jump through hoops when you complain in attempt to avoid responsibility. I've seen budget cookers with better build quality. AVOID!
