Amazing service, just ensure you’re obviously purchasing from the actual store. Shipping was fast and the Transforma bag was perfect. Can’t complain.

This is one of my favorite brands; I've never been disappointed with Mertra. Keep it up and you'll become bigger than Supreme!

Won’t refund when something doesn’t fit and don’t answer emails. £85 wasted on a pair of shorts that don’t fit! AVOID!!!!

Leider sind hier Betrüger am Werk. Ich habe versucht Artikel zurückzusenden, da die Größe nicht passt. Zunächst sagte man mir, dass Rücksendungen gar nicht möglich seien derzeit. Nach Hinweis auf EU-Gesetze wurde mir eine Refund von 90 % des Kaufpreises angeboten, beide Versandwege sollten wir selbst zahlen. Auch dies verstößt gegen geltendes Recht.

Habe im Winter 2024 bei Mertra bestellt. Bestellung ging nachdem es beim Zoll abgelehnt wurde verloren. Ohne das Mertra das Paket zurückbekommen hat, haben sie mir aus Kulanz, die Summe als Guthaben für ihren Shop zurückgegeben. Qualität der Produkte auf Top.

Terrible customer experience: 3 orders, 3 major mistakes.** 🚨❌
This company clearly takes advantage of younger customers to dodge their responsibilities. Here is my experience:
* **Order 1:** Surprise customs fees because the item shipped from the UK. Customer service response: *“You should have paid attention during checkout.”*
* **Order 2:** This time, I made sure to pick an EU item. They still shipped it from the UK anyway! More customs fees. Customer service response: *“You have the choice to pay the tax or not.”*
* **Order 3:** Wrong item received! I ordered trousers, but they sent a jacket. I have to return it now, risking yet another customs fee. Customer service response: *“We’ll see about that one.”*
**The Bottom Line:** No commercial gesture, zero compliance with EU legislation, and absolutely no accountability for their own mistakes. This might work on young teenagers, but it is completely unacceptable. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Customer support is fantastic and product is exactly how it’s described,shipping is always accurate

I ordered on January 24th it’s now been over 3 months and not a single update I’ve tried emailing and messaging them but no response.
it’s 156€ down the drain

Terrible customer service, my 14 year old daughter ordered many items, a jacket was too big, sent back on 8th April for a refund, and still no refund. No contact number, emails are ignored. Now having to take legal action to retrieve a refund. Avoid this company at all costs as many others have experienced the same, items returned and no refund. Potential scam company.

Ordered the leather jacket on day of release and arrived 5 days later, 3 of those days was the weekend and bank holiday. The product is clean, high quality and fits perfectly…incredible

Very bad experience with this supposed to be exclusive brand! They are not able to ship an order in over 1 month. Shipping between EU countries that takes more then a month is a joke. Communication is slow and they just say the same things but nothing changes. I would advice to stay away as far as possible from this webshop. Ordered once, nothing received and lost almost 400euro! Never again. Be warned everyone.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of Tracksuit bottoms for my son and they were too big. I have e-mailed support 4 times across 2 weeks and i am just being ignored. I need to get my money back to buy my son a different present and now can't. I have contacted bank to try and get money back a different way. I am now going to report further as it's really not fair.

After 3 weeks my order hasn't been despatched, and Mertra do not reply to the support@ email address they provide. And good luck trying to find a working phone number for them. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card provider.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a sling bag in December, still has not came, i've emailed them multiple times and have gotten no response, I love the brand and ideas, but it's been 4 months since I ordered that bag hoping I could use it this summer but it never came. Please reach out with an update or anything
