Two weeks from starting the course to fully licensed.
I just passed my Arkansas Health & Life exams yesterday &, as of today, am officially a licensed agent in the state. The pre-license course was exceptionally well planned & easy to use (I got through all the course material in a week). Videos, slides, vocabulary, etc. were imperative to solidifying everything before the State Exam. Thanks again, JustInsurance !!! I went from just starting out to fully licensed in 2-weeks.

Course presentation, content, and website issues
I wanted to provide some feedback on the course. Overall, I found the material to be thorough and well organized, and I appreciated the way the content was broken into manageable sections. The practice exams and study materials were especially helpful in preparing me for the licensing exam, and I felt the course did a good job covering the information I needed.
I do think that some questions could be better worded. For instance, one question asked something to the effect of K has a $450k bill. Her maximum benefit is $500k. How much would the insurer cover?
Choosing $450k is the most accurate answer. But that answer is considered wrong and on $500k is correct. If the question was about the total benefit amount, it should have specified that. The question was not worded like that and yet the actual answer is incorrect (somehow.)
I did, however, experience some technical issues that I wanted to bring to your attention in case they help improve the experience for future students.
While taking the course on a Windows laptop, the course would frequently report that my internet connection had been lost, even though Windows remained connected to the internet and other browser tabs and applications continued to work normally. At times, the course would also log me out due to "inactivity" while I was actively progressing through the material. Switching to Google Chrome appeared to reduce the login/session issues, but the activity verification prompts remained.
One thing I found confusing is that the course already requires users to manually click "Next" through each video, presentation page, vocabulary section, and review page. Because of that required interaction, the inactivity detection seemed unnecessary or, at times, inaccurate. These interruptions became frequent enough that they disrupted and distracted my study sessions, and on some occasions I had to stop studying and wait before I could log back in (prior to learning my Chromebook acted differently - mostly - with the site.)
I wanted to share this because I otherwise had a positive experience with the course and hope this feedback helps improve the platform for future students. Thank you for providing a solid learning program and for considering this feedback.
Overall, I do think this course and material was fantastic about providing resources, education and real world, applicable examples. I would recommend it to anyone seeking their licensure.

This course help me pass my health+life+annuity test, I definitely recommend. They offer both video and power slide presentations in the course and plenty of information for studying and preparing for the state exam. I finished in 10 days and took my final exam on day 13. Being brutally honest I only did the video session and quizzes and I passed with 78%. The power slide offer more in-depth in formation for things you don’t understand….like COBRA…or universal life insurance. Overall definitely 💯 recommend, study hard I tested in Florida hope we all make some good money y’all take care.

The fact that I just passed the Alabama life exam test with an 82% on my first attempt without having any prior knowledge of life insurance I mean 0 lol just proves all you have to do is trust the process take the courses and especially make sure you take the practice test more than once

Not gonna lie, these people are amazing, I tried to go ahead of myself and take the test before I finished the course and I failed , but as soon as I finish the course, I took the test again and I passed, this course is so in depth, it literally gives you everything you need to know, if you just study, take your time, and take the test after you completed the whole course you’re gonna pass first time, the test I took was in Georgia by the way.

Very comprehensive study material, gives you everything you need to pass. I suggest going through the material as fast as possible because the real test prep starts after you finish all the videos, with practice exams. Also you’ll go crazy if you try to fully understand / memorize every detail so dont do that

Very happy with the training! Having experienced other online trainings, I am very happy with the JustInsurance LLC training format!! It Worked very well for me!!
