make videos more helpful for the ones that don't learn just by reading the clips are recaps and doesn't really go deep into nothing that you should know before taking test or quiz

The information was mostly clear although better ordering of topics would have been nice. Start with state law then insurance policies. You find yourself retracing logic.

Easy on people who is not familiar with the topics

The teaching method used forces one to memorize instead of truly understand the topics. I am forced to memorize random facts for hours without any background knowledge which makes it so that you can't reason out your answers, you're forced to remember nenmonics like B.B. BICE.... If I'm getting a 46% after studying for 3 hours that's the teachers fault!!

I was able to score a 90% on my first attempt at taking the Texas State Property and Casualty Licensing Exam after using ExamFX. I would consider that a very successful outcome since the passing score is 70%.
