Ordered Item at 03:06, and within an hour (at 03:57), I requested a cancellation. At 04:14, their support agent Titus officially confirmed in writing email that the order was successfully cancelled. Sunday Morning

Despite this, hours later their system generated a packing slip 12 hours later after they sent the email confirming it was cancelled and claimed it was "too late to cancel" because it was supposedly packed but they cant provide a tracking number

Now they are refusing to issue an immediate refund, demanding I wait for it to be deliverd then wait weeks for the package to go through international transit and warehouse processing just to fix their own internal administrative error.

Avoid. They confirm cancellations in writing and then ignore their own emails, leaving customers out of pocket for hundreds of pounds while they sort out their broken automated systems. Chargeback initiated.

Somehow manage to have kit in stock when others like Amazon have run out. Deliver very timings are a bit random though n UK but overall the experience is pretty good.

Good used them before great service

Be very careful when dealing with this company.
In Jan I ordered a guitar. I won’t go into the ins and outs of the terrible problems I had for them to get it here but at one point they sent me proof of delivery which was a photo of a box next to several other boxes and a forklift, obviously in a warehouse!
Eventually I was told it would be sent again from Holland and I would be notified with tracking.
I received NO tracking and instead a picture of the box left outside the office (I live on a marina) and an email to say a card had been posted through the letter box to inform it was here…..yet another lie…there is NO letterbox.
Naturally by the time I went to the office it wasn’t there. If I’d have had tracking as promised I might’ve been quicker!
There are 200 boats here and lots of visitors so why leave a box unattended outside with no notification and no request for a signature?
The upshot was that PayPal refunded me, this was March by now but at least I had my money back.
To add insult to injury this morning I received by email my FOURTH payment reminder for a demand for the money!
I have replied to every one reminding them of what happened and yet still they arrive.
This is now clearly harassment since this sorry state was sorted out in March.
It is now September!
Bax music lie, they are incompetent and now they are adding bullying to their long list of attributes.

Items never arrived. Will absolutely never use this company again.

I’ve ordered several pieces of musical equipment from Bax Music in the last & always been happy. Good customer service & quality of products.

I ordered a drum kit from them in August which they said was in stock and would be delivered a few days later. A week on from the delivery date and I still don’t have it.
I received no tracking or further contact once the order was placed.
Several emails later and they’ve gone from telling me it’s out for redelivery (there was no first delivery) to it had already been delivered and I should check my garden and postbox and ask neighbours in case I hadn’t seen it (it’s a drum kit!). Now they say it’s still out for redelivery and I should wait 7 days and contact them then if I hear nothing.
I’ve asked for a refund but they’ve gone quiet. I’ve contacted my credit card company. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with them, silly me for thinking it would be different.
I won’t be using Bax Music again.

Excellent, can’t be beaten on price or speed of delivery.

Used these guys a few times for all sorts from a couple of £'s worth to £000's always had great communication and delivery exactly when stated. Would recommend to anyone.

The Prices are Great. The only thing that needs improving is delivery. Keep your promise on delivery on the time you have described on the order.
Also if you can introduce next day delivery.

First found Bax when it came to buying my first synth, and have since returned for any number of items. Always a wide selection, much of it available ex-stock, prompt service and good prices. What's not to like?

I think this company is a great place to buy anything musical at great prices (especially their own brand Fazley). I bought my first 7 string guitar from them for just £117! In not too long I learned the solo is Psychosocial on that guitar which really shows what it's capable of. The one negative comment I have is that the website can be a bit laggy and some of the words aren't spelled correctly (on the home page they spelled "guitar" as "gitaar"). The rest of it is amazing!
