Fake pureology product

I bought a leave in condition we from pureology color fanatic and the product was a fake imititation. The package is very similar to the original one but the name “pureology” is missing. The product it self (the leave in) was not good. It had a bad smell, was yellowish and left the hair sticky.

I understand the customer experience…

I understand the customer experience when receiving the first AG1 order but I cannot help but wonder if the packaging could be more sustainable, having a more minimalist package.

Very good website experience

Very good website experience. I had to user the customer service chat and they reached out in less than one minute.
Lots of available different brands although there’s many times products out of stock.
Very good rewards program.

Fraca qualidade e serviço a cliente inexistente

Encomendei uma pulseira que se partiu no primeiro dia (usei menos de 12 horas). Contactei o serviço a cliente indicando esta questão e não obtive qualquer resposta da marca.
É a segunda vez que compro esta pulseira em concreto (beaded bracelet). A primeira vez usei durante algum tempo até que se partiu. Desta vez, nem meio dia no meu pulso até se ter partido. Os matérias utilizados são fracos e muito pouco resistentes.

Very good prices and some improvement points

Lookfantastic has three things that I really appreciate as an online buyer:
1- it has a good range of products/brands
2- it's one of the best sites in terms of cheaper offers and promotions
3- it has free delivery (hip hip hurray)
4- the time of products delivery is really fast

As the experience of using the site here are some suggestions of improvement:
1- please, gives us an iPhone app
2- add some more filters to help us choose the products (check beautybay.com for some examples)
