Friendly people and helpful

Everything went smoothly, we recovered our bags in good terms. The location on maps was a bit confusing, as the platform was showing one spot and the address was suggesting another. The security didn't seem great, as all bags were stored in a room with an open door, where you could see the bags, but there was always someone tending to the shop, it seems. I had my laptop and cash in that bag and had a bit of anxiety when leaving them, but all went well.

It was our first experience to try this app to lock our luggage but it was very good experience.they put our luggage in one area in shop .Location it shows that not correct juice shop don't store luggage but nearby shop does and we let our luggage there and enjoyed entire city freely.

My experience was great. Owner rescheduled his lunch time for me when i insisted of collecting the bag at specific hour.

First time experience was excellent, guy showed me many options and recommendations but walk-in was the best i could choose.

The shop kept our luggage safe all day. We arrived to Portugal as first time travellers and were recommended to use this app. This spot was closest to our airbnb. It went smoothly and worked well. Highly recommend.
