Man at the Lisbon office was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks and use of bathroom. Easy to use the service and fairly priced.

Incredibly friendly and kind host- went out of their way to offer help, use of the bathroom and refreshments and was an excellent communicator. Location is secure and centrally located. Would absolutely recommend! Tip for others: the address is reached through use of a call box if you don’t have the bounce app. Address is accurate and you’re looking for s/f.

We stored six pieces of luggage for a few hours before we had to leave for the airport. The shop is right by the metro exit. Top-notch service, easy and uncomplicated. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Very helpful- very quick and right outside the metro! Only downside was the shop was very small so it was tricky to roll the suitcases down the isle but the kind shop workers helped.

Great service. Arrived in Lisbon at 6am After breakfast, we were able to drop off our luggage and go sightseeing around Lisbon. Conveniently located close to our apartment on Rua Augusta.

Really great, forgot something on our way out and the clerk held it for us until we got back. Easy drop off, easy pick up. They keep it in the back of the shop, its not a self serve locker.

They let me store my luggage until 11 PM, which was perfect before my late-night flight! The lockers at Hosio Square were up a hill, but the ones on the Figueira side were convenient for lugging my suitcase around.
