Inscription dans le post original 👇 #Recrutement #RecruitmentSmartsLive #WiggliMaxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toTomorrow on Recruitment Smarts Live Louise Triance ⭐️will be joined by Farid El Machaoud, Founder, CEO & CPO at Wiggli, for a conversation every recruitment leader should be having right now. 🎙️ The Real Reason Clients Push Down Fees With vacancies under pressure and clients pushing harder on fees, it’s easy to blame the market. But what if fee erosion actually starts much earlier, in the quality of the conversation, the insight you bring, and the way your recruiters spend their time? We’ll be discussing: ✅ Where agencies really lose their rate, often long before the negotiation ✅ The difference between being genuinely consultative and simply being good at sales ✅ How recruiters can bring useful market intelligence without a dedicated research team ✅ How much time is being lost to searching, scrolling and switching between systems ✅ When platform consolidation makes sense and when best-of-breed still wins ✅ The one change a recruitment director could make in the next 30 days and actually measure 📅 Tomorrow, 10 September 🕒 3:00pm BST Register here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ebKRKm5K If protecting margin and improving commercial conversations is on your agenda, this is one to join. #RecruitmentSmartsLive #Recruitment #RecruitmentLeadership #Recruiters #RecruitmentStrategy #RecruitmentTechnology #BusinessDevelopment #SalesStrategy #UKRecruiter

Maxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toHiring didn't get automated - it split into two tracks. The teams who rewired how they source, match and hire. Maxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toRecruiters chase. Operators design. Most agencies don't stall from lack of effort - they stall because the founder never makes the shift from filling roles to building systems that compound. No tool makes that shift for you. Tools only amplify the mindset already running the business. It's the thinking behind everything we build at Wiggli. #Wiggli #RecruiterTips #FutureOfHiring #SourceToHire #Recruitment #HRTech #StaffingAndRecruiting #AIRecruitment #AISourcing

Maxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toYour best recruiters aren't underperforming. Their tools are holding them back. The recruiter billing €350K isn't struggling because they lack talent. They're struggling because between finding a candidate and closing: → 7 tools → 14 separate workflows → 23 manual data entries Give them 4 hours back. Watch what happens. #Wiggli #RecruiterTips #FutureOfHiring #SourceToHire #Recruitment #HRTech #StaffingAndRecruiting #AIRecruitment #AISourcing

Maxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toThe recruiter who wins the brief doesn't wait for the job ad. They see the signals BEFORE the role goes live: → Senior leaver updates LinkedIn → Company closes funding round → New exec joins the board That's a 3-week head start. Save this for your next BD call. #Wiggli #RecruiterTips #FutureOfHiring #SourceToHire #Recruitment #HRTech #StaffingAndRecruiting #AIRecruitment #AISourcing

Maxime Tassier udostępnił(a) toThe first hire is one of the most underestimated decisions a recruitment founder makes. The instinct is to clone yourself, or to hire junior and develop them over time. Both can work - but both assume you have the leads, systems and time to set someone up well. In year one, most founders don't. That gap is where early hires tend to struggle, and the cost usually shows up months later. #Wiggli #RecruiterTips #FutureOfHiring #SourceToHire #Recruitment #HRTech #StaffingAndRecruiting #AIRecruitment #AISourcing

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) to𝗜𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀? 👀 Probably a question every recruiter has asked themselves lately. In Episode 2 of my series with Wiggli, I go from a job brief to a ranked shortlist - without doing the searching myself. The #AI challenges the brief, searches beyond the obvious candidates, explains each match, finds contact details and automates the outreach. So, are recruiters disappearing? I don't think so. But part of our job probably is. Searching can be automated. Judgement, conversations and relationships can't. And that's where recruiters should be adding the most value anyway. #wigglipartner

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toThe agency that reaches the brief first wins it around 70% of the time. Not the best agency. The first one. Which means the work is not in the pitch. It is in knowing a role is coming before it is posted - a funding round, a resignation on a leadership page, a competitor's restructure, a job ad that has been reposted twice. Seven signals, all public, all visible before the brief exists. Swipe for the list. Save it and run through them on Monday. See live hiring signals → wiggli.io/

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toA Teams briefing never tells the whole story. A visit to your offices does. We systematically visit our clients' premises before starting any assignment. Some find that surprising. For us, it's non-negotiable. A phone brief isn't enough. Understanding a company's culture happens on site. What's the work rhythm? What's the team dynamic? Which profile will truly fit in? Those answers don't live in a job description. That's the difference between sending a profile and sending the right profile. ⇒ Someone we genuinely see growing and integrating into your structure long-term. We're convinced: meeting you in person is one of the key ingredients behind our successful recruitments. 🤝 Looking for an IT & Digital recruitment partner in Belgium who truly wants to understand your business? 🙏🏻

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toA Recruitment founder told me last week : "I can do all of that on Claude." He was right about more than I wanted him to be. I was sure the answer was capability. It is not. A general model will write your boolean, rewrite your outreach, and argue with you about a shortlist. It will do all of it well. What it will not do is carry the consequence. It does not know which of those forty people you called in March. It does not know the client already rejected two of them. Recruitment is not a reasoning problem. It is a memory problem with a reasoning layer on top.

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toThank you all for your help! We found our office! It is located in the north of Brussels, and we will move in from January 2027. Now it’s time to take care of all the paperwork for the company. I’m really looking forward to sharing more with you, but also to finally putting all of this behind me and focusing on my goals: 1. Build an IT consulting company that reflects who I am: flexible, human, and built on strong values. 2. Hire my first salespeople in 2027. 3. Achieve strong and sustainable growth. If you have any advice or tips that could help me along the way, I’d be happy to hear them! Thank you again for your support!

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toTwo days in London with Wiggli and I'm still buzzing. Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnership Director and our Founder, all in the same room for once. No 30 minute calendar slots, just a table, way too much coffee, and a lot of honest conversation. The official reason we flew over was The Global Recruiter - The independent voice of the staffing industry - GR Awards, where we were proud to be a sponsor and got to meet some seriously impressive recruitment teams. The real value was everything around it: the hours we spent digging into what we can do better, where we're heading, who we're hiring next, and the kind of impact we actually want to have on this industry. Turns out you cover more ground in two days face to face than in two months of calls. Also, it was Nick de Jonghe first time in London. Then our resident geek recognised Piccadilly Circus from Call of Duty, and the padel court in the middle of London from YouTube ;) Lucky to be building this with these people. Now back to it 🙌

Maxime Tassier polecił(a) toMaxime Tassier polecił(a) toLondon, you’ve been great to us. A few days in London with our Wiggli Sales and Customer Success teams for the Global Recruiter Industry Awards, and definitely worth the trip. A big thank you to Taireen Hussain, Gary King and the entire The Global Recruiter - The independent voice of the staffing industry team for bringing the industry together. 👏 Congratulations to all the winners, nominees and participants! 🏆 One thing stood out to me again: Nothing beats meeting people face to face. We can do almost everything remotely today. LinkedIn, Teams, emails, demos, calls... But put people in the same room and the conversation changes. You get to know the person behind the job title. One conversation leads to another, and often the best ones are the conversations you never planned. Especially in sales and partnerships, I still believe relationships are built between people first and companies second. We left London with new connections, interesting conversations and new ideas. Looking forward to meeting many more of you at the upcoming events! #GlobalRecruiterAwards #Recruitment #Partnerships #HRTech #Wiggli
