The agency that reaches the brief first wins it around 70% of the time. Not the best agency. The first one. Which means the work is not in the pitch. It is in knowing a role is coming before it is posted - a funding round, a resignation on a leadership page, a competitor's restructure, a job ad that has been reposted twice. Seven signals, all public, all visible before the brief exists. Swipe for the list. Save it and run through them on Monday. See live hiring signals → wiggli.io/

Nobody sends an email to say they are leaving you. The briefs just get slower, then smaller, then stop. Price is almost never the reason. It is the four weeks you did not call. The shortlist that landed a day late twice in a row. The account nobody picked up after your best consultant left. Swipe for the five reasons, ranked - and the one that shows up in your own data about three months before a client goes quiet.

Got a new role from a client? Skip the hours of LinkedIn filters and scrolling. Just tell the Sourcing Agent who you're looking for - in plain words, like a note to yourself. It asks questions when it's unsure, then finds your candidates and ranks them best to worst. Want more? One click. Comment WIGGLI and we'll send you a demo of exactly how it works. #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition #Sourcing #Wiggli

Leadership IQ tracked 20,000 new hires. 46% failed inside 18 months - and when they did, the reasons ranked like this: couldn't accept feedback (26%), couldn't manage emotions (23%), no motivation (17%), wrong temperament (15%). Technical skill came last, at 11%. Four of those five are emotional intelligence. The uncomfortable part: 82% of hiring managers said they saw the signs in the interview and went ahead anyway. Swipe for the four questions that surface it - and save card 7 for your next interview. Save this 🔖

𝗜𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀? 👀 Probably a question every recruiter has asked themselves lately. In Episode 2 of my series with Wiggli, I go from a job brief to a ranked shortlist - without doing the searching myself. The #AI challenges the brief, searches beyond the obvious candidates, explains each match, finds contact details and automates the outreach. So, are recruiters disappearing? I don't think so. But part of our job probably is. Searching can be automated. Judgement, conversations and relationships can't. And that's where recruiters should be adding the most value anyway. #wigglipartner

Logging calls. Updating stages. Adding notes you already wrote somewhere else, in a slightly different format, into a system that will never read them back to you. Three hours forty-eight minutes a week, per recruiter. On a ten-person desk that is most of a full-time role nobody hired for and nobody bills. Swipe for the annual number - and for the part of it that should never have been manual in the first place. See what auto-logs → wiggli.io
