As per the records, your order was processed in a timely manner and shipped through Royal Mail. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days but ask to allow up to 14 days as items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across the UK and this time also allows for any lost orders to be traced and delivered.
