Pandora Fake Jewelry
Hello,
I’m making this post because I purchased a bracelet from Pandora in November of 2025, and I’ve just started wearing it, but it's already tarnishing. I went to the Pandora store in Pooler, GA, and they said they couldn't do anything because they don't even have the bracelet I purchased, which was a rose gold bangle bracelet. Now I purchased the bracelet in Houston, Texas, at the Galleria Mall—the lady in Pooler, Ga. Gave me a number that only works for online customers, so they gave me customer service that works with people who purchase in the store. I called them multiple times, and the line wasn't going through. So I called the online customer service back, and they sent me an email. So I emailed customer service and sent them a photo of my receipt and the bracelet.
I tried the number today, and it worked, so I spoke to Alexander. She said their warranty doesn't cover tarnish and that she would send me a free jewelry cleaner. I called back and spoke to Bernard, and he lied and said he sent me an email a week ago, which wasn't true because I just went to Pandora on 8/22/26, and I’ve been trying to reach them since Saturday. He said it’s not the manufacturer's fault if the bracket tarnishes. So, I said you're selling fake jewelry and charging too much money for it. He then said, in response, that all jewelry tarnishes, and we went back and forth. I told Bernard I would like to speak to a manager, and he said there wasn’t one available because it was after 5 pm Eastern time. He asked for my email and phone number, and I gave him my number so a manager can call me. He said they will reach out to me when it's convenient for them, and I told him I gave him the time they can reach me when it’s convenient for me.
I want a call sooner rather than later, and I wish him a good day and goodbye. I’M TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM PANDORA BECAUSE IF YOUR BRACELET, RING, OR CHARM TARNSH, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT AND THEIR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER IT. WE NEED TO BAN PANDORA BECAUSE THIS HAS TO STOP WITH THESE COMPANIES. WE AS CONSUMERS SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE COMPANY NOT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE GARBAGE THEY ARE SELLING US. WE PAY TOO MUCH FOR THESE BRACELETS, RINGS, AND CHARMS. BERNARD SAID TO ME I NEED TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND READ THEIR TERMS. I TOLD HIM THAT WASN'T COMMUNICATED TO ME, AND HE SAID THEY ASSUME THE CONSUMER KNOWS, WHICH I TOLD HIM THEY SHOULDN’T ASSUME, AND THE SALESPERSON SHOULD EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE PURCHASE. OH, BY THE WAY, I ASKED BERNARD IF IT ISN'T THE MANUFACTURER'S FAULT, THEN WHO'S FAULT IS IT? HE ALSO SAID THE VELVET BOX WITH TISSUE PAPER ISN'T A PLACE TO STORE THE BRACELET, BUT IT'S A BOX THEY PUT IT IN. NOW, MIND YOU, I JUST STARTED WEARING THE BRACELET. NOW THIS IS THE SECOND ONE BECAUSE MY OTHER ONE TARNISHED, AND THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE PANDORA JEWELRY CLEANER. NOW ALEXANDER SAID THEIR JEWELRY CLEANER REMOVES THE TARNISH. ANOTHER THING BERNARD SAID IS THAT IF A CONSUMER PURCHASES A BRACELET TODAY, AND IT TARNISHES IN THREE DAYS, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT. THAT SOUNDS LIKE SOME REAL BS TO ME, AND PANDORA NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED AND BOYCOTTED.
