Having received an email from the Caravan & Motorhome Club about their insurance (via Devitt) and a promise to beat my renewal quote by £25, I called Devitt for a quotation.

Firstly, the lady I spoke to was the most abrupt and "mumbly" person I can ever remember speaking to on the phone. It honestly sounded like she hated her job and just wanted to be anywhere else other than on the phone to me. This didn't inspire confidence.

After answering all her many questions about the vehicle, type of cover, drivers, etc, she said she would call me back shortly with my quote.

A month later, I've still never received that call.

Will I waste my time calling back next year for another quote? Not a chance.
