Uber eats are an absolute shit show of a company. I ordered McDonald's through them and when the drinks arrived the driver had spilt them all through the bag. There were items missing from my order and put in for a refund. I have been waiting now for 6 days abc still no refund. I chased them up now being told I need to wait up to 15 days. It's absolutely disgusting and they don't like taking responsibility. The agents are useless and lack good customer service skills. If ever you want to order go to McDonald's directly and not use just eat. They are a waste of space.
