I purchased a carpet from this company, which advertised it with false images (3D renders more precisely). When confronted the seller initially refused to accept the return. When they re-accepted the return they refused to pay for the shipping charges to return the item. Clearly this was when the item was sold under false pretences with false images, which under EU law should have been clearly indicated. The seller, on more than one occasion, tried to deceive or deny the clear difference between the actual product and their imagery and also tried to justify their false images until they finally accepted the images were not real.
