I have had a lot of trouble with their customer service in the past, but my biggest gripe is "free delivery" to metro areas. Because when you're in regional areas, they charge about 4x the rate I can get sending the package to them. Are regional customers covering the cost of metro deliveries? It's pretty slimey, unfortunately most of the PC gear companies in Australia do the same thing, unless you buy through Amazon, then it's free!
So forget the little guy, if you can buy it from Amazon you get the same service (none) and free delivery!
