I've been a customer of direct energy for a little over 10 years. They started decent back in the day and became total trash to their loyal customers. I moved away from them and found someone else. It was worth paying the early termination fee of closecto $500 just to get away from them. They are way over priced and there customer service sucks. Find another company. Do not go with these people.
