Not even prepared for shipping after 8 days
I ordered a single item on 22nd June with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. However, 8 days later, they are still preparing the item for shipping. This won't arrive in time now so I need a full refund, but their phone number is no longer working and they're not responding to my email from 4 days ago.
Order number is #11987. Please process my refund.
