The customer service is exceptional. I did watch the video and signed up for several of the options. It wasn't until I was watching them that I learned it really was for digital advertising sales. This was something I did not understand in the beginning and therefore when that was mentioned and further disclosed about the AI involvement I decided that this program was not for me.
I contacted support and explained that I was canceling immediately and why I was canceling. There was no problem in canceling, it was as smooth as silk. They completely understood my reasons and were so compassionate and understanding to me. This is the way all online companies should treat their customers!
