7-day delay on delivery
After quality, the most important part for a business like this is delivery. Most people order here because they have an event coming up with no flexibility. Unfortunately, I'm sitting here looking at a 7 day-delivery delay on the company's proposed delivery date -- need to go buy other jerseys for the tournament. This is unacceptable - no costumer service at all - no follow up and and zero empathy for missing out on their own delivery terms. People: if you have strict deadline do NOT use this company.
