I was helped a lot and I really want to give my compliments. I had ordered a very nice poster as a gift for the engagement of my cousin and his girlfriend. However, something went wrong on the website during the ordering process and when I received the poster, it had the wrong date on it (I hadn't checked whether the date was correct when completing the order, my own fault). I also sent an e-mail right after my order, but this e-mail was not sent correctly (I found out after a few days when I still had not received an e-mail back). Sterre helped me very kindly and I am very grateful that thanks to her help I now have an incredibly beautiful poster, with the correct date, for my cousin and his girlfriend. Very good service from MrStarsky! The poster is really beautiful and I'll be back soon to order a new poster!
