Absolutely fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I’ve ordered from them before and the package arrived in perfect condition, on time, so the first experience was a perfect start.

For this time, I was in Chester for the weekend, so I ordered to collect from the shop since I was in town. I visited the shop to collect my order, fully aware that I was early. Jules was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to check for my package, unfortunately it wasn’t there, but when I explained I wouldn’t be able to collect it since I was leaving town, she immediately offered to help by sending the package to my house. It has arrived and everything is perfect. I’d like to thank the team at Outdoor and Country for the amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend!
