DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Placed an order with them because they advertised an introductory offer.
I didn’t sign up to anything and declined any marketing info from them.
My order arrived 27 days after I placed it while I was on holiday so not had chance to use it yet.
Today, they have debited my account for triple the amount I initially paid them for a second order I didn’t place.
I tried to contact them via their support email and the emails are returned “email address not found”.
This company is unethical and probably fraudulent. I didn’t sign up to a subscription or request a “buy again”, however, they are taking money for orders that haven’t been authorised.
DO NOT USE THEM! I am now in a dispute with my bank and this company.
Save yourself the agony and don’t shop with them.
