Extremely poor helpdesk. I got my item delivered but it was faulty and dit not fit my oven. I sent mails with pictures and print screens from FixParts website to wiev the difference. It took a week for them to answer and it was most probably from a AI-bot. After several mails and request from me to be contacted by a human they finally after nine (9) weeks granted me to return the item.
