Ordered the product. Charged my card. Item never came. When I reached out, even after sending the credit card statement where it clearly shows the charge relating to their company, said they could not find my order. Their resolutions was for me to cancel the charge with the card provider (AMEX). Fortunately, my card provider is good about these things, but cannot help but think this was fraud in some way.
