Terrible experience. I strongly advise against ordering with Lonon.nl. Very dissapointed with the delivery time: ordered on 29/11/25 received on 19/12/25, the tracking system does give not any relevant information , the quality is a bad chinese quality whereas the price was really high. I received the blanket from China in a plastic without any document not even an order reference nor return document, was clearly a cheap Chinese product not even corresponding to the description nor nice photo they publish on their website. The client servuce always sends the same email. AVOID this company!
