UPS should close! Their customer Service sucks!!!! I bought an item from Lufthansa World Shop and they chose to use UPS as carrier and UPS left the parcel in a pick up point miles away fom my home though there is one close by and they did not leave a note so that I could find out about the pick up point where the parcel is ! TODAY I TRIED TO PICK IT UP AND THE PLACE WAS CLOSED!!! UPS had the nerve to say they left it there for me to access it more easily!!! These people need urgent treatment!! UPS DOES NOT EVEN REPLY TO MY INQUIERIES!!!
